Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our support team directly.

  Prepare Your Electronics

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all wires, connectors, and manuals included; items that have been soldered or modified are not eligible for standard returns.

  Ship to Service Center

  Securely pack your items and ship them to our North American service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
